Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up to the day before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice by clicking cancel subscription via the customer account page or by contacting support at least two days before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice. All recurring orders invoice on Sunday. If you're unsure of your next invoice date, click here for information on where to locate this in your account.
Cancelling a subscription on the date of order or invoice or requesting cancellation of a subscription on the date of order or invoice will cancel all future recurring invoices. This will not cancel any order already in progress. When an order is invoiced, it's processed and sent to fulfillment and once the produce leaves the production floor it can not be restocked or resold.
