Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up to the day before the next recurring order is scheduled to be billed by using the cancel subscription function found in your customer account; or by contacting support at least two days before the next recurring order is scheduled to be billed.
Your subscription's order dates are listed in your customer account. The charge date for your orders are based on the preferred delivery day you have selected in your account. Please note: changing your preferred delivery day will change your upcoming charge dates.
Cancelling a subscription on the order's charge date will cancel all future recurring invoices. This will not cancel any order already in progress.
Cancelling Individual Orders
Individual orders may be skipped at any time from your customer account up until 8pm EST the day before your billing date; or by contacting support for assistance at least 2 days prior to your billing date. For information on how to skip an upcoming order, please visit: How do I skip a box?
Please note: Once an order is invoiced on your billing date and you receive your order confirmation email, this order can not be skipped, paused, cancelled, or altered.
