Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up to the day before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice by clicking cancel subscription via the customer account page or by contacting support at least two days before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice. All recurring orders invoice on Sunday. If you're unsure of your next invoice date, click here for information on where to locate this in your account.
Cancelling a subscription on the date of order or invoice or requesting cancellation of a subscription on the date of order or invoice will cancel all future recurring invoices. This will not cancel any order already in progress.
Cancelling Individual Orders
Individual orders may be skipped at any time from your customer account up until 8pm EST the day before your billing date; or by contacting support for assistance at least 2 days prior to your billing date. For information on how to skip an upcoming order, please visit: How do I skip a box?
Please note: Once an order is invoiced on your billing date and you receive your order confirmation email, this order can not be skipped, paused, cancelled, or altered.
