We're committed to delivering high-quality, organic, sometimes funny looking produce rescued from farms across the country to your doorstep and have a quality control team on site inspecting the produce to ensure we're shipping fresh produce.
We would love for every delivery to occur on time and without issue, but we understand there are situations outside of our control which can impact a delivery. In the event you receive an item(s) which is unusable and needs to be discarded, please submit a request for review including a description of the damage, the type and quantity of the produce damaged, and a clear photo of the damage within 5 business days of receipt. One of our customer success associates will review your request and issue a credit appropriate to the damage reported when applicable.
Quality issues reported after 5 business days of delivery may be credited a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.
